Effective Strategies
Tea and Coffee
It is important to drink tea and coffee as if it is a tonic. There is an army uncle in my neighborhood who is so fond of tea that he drinks a glass of tea as soon as he wakes up at 4 in the morning and does not know how much more throughout the day. Drink tea often. After having dinner at night, we drink tea again at 11 o’clock. Now drinking so much tea will obviously cause stomach problems like constipation etc. then how can we sleep at night. Apart from this, there are many other reasons too –
Alcohol and cigarettes
Many people consume alcohol and cigarettes before sleeping at night due to which they are unable to sleep and the boys living in hostels are more addicted to it.
Stress
Stress is the main reason for not being able to sleep, some are worried about the daily fights at home, some are worried about their friends talking to someone else, and some are worried about loan EMIs.
